Returns Policy

Returns 

Our return policy is 5 days business days and eligible on original priced items ONLY. If 5 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact. 

We do not accept products that are intimate (such as but not limited to: lingerie, swimsuits, bodysuits, underwear) or sanitary goods.

Additional non-returnable items: 

- Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. 

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund. 

Exchanges (if applicable

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] to schedule a return and send your item to: Cunningham Heights Housing Development, Phase 3, KN0602 Cayon, St. Kitts.
