SHIPPING POLICY
Local Orders:
Your order will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days of your order placement and receipt of your authorized payment.
Delivery to Nevis:
Delivery to Nevis is US$1.85. Item will be sent via ferry within 1 to 2 business days of order placement and receipt of your authorized payment. Items sent via ferry are considered ‘delivered’ once sent on the ferry. Yves Mitcham Apparels will not take responsibilities for said items.
For Orders to the USA:
Items will be shipped within 1 – 2 business days of your order Orders will be shipped through registered EMS post and will arrive with 10 to 15 business days of your order date. Kindly ensure that your address is entered accurately to avoid issues with the delivery of your order. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and rectify these issues. If we have made several attempts to contact you without receiving a response, your order will be cancelled, and your payment refunded.
If you made an error in your shipping details, please contact us via WhatsApp 1.869.767.9923 as soon as possible. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address, however, this is not guaranteed as if the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to accommodate this request. As such, kindly ensure that you enter your details accurately!
All shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse delivery of your order, you will remain responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of your return package. The said charges will be automatically deducted from your merchandise refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the courier immediately. Yves Mitcham Apparels will not take responsibilities for packages marked as delivered. No refunds will be issued for packages that are stated as delivered.
SHIPPING RATES
• St. Kitts - $1.85 for delivery to Basseterre, Frigate Bay and Bird Rock.
• Nevis - $1.85 USD for shipment via ferry
International:
• USA: $35.00 - 7 to 15 Business Days
• USA: $55.00 - 3 to 5 Business Days
• Rest of World: $55.00 - 3 to 5 Business Days
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES
If you are ordering from outside of the United States, your order MAY be subject to customs and import duties. Yves Mitcham Apparels has no control over these charges, and we cannot advise if there will be a charge or what the cost would be.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the customer. Yves Mitcham Apparels does not reimburse international duties and/or taxes.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Customers are advised to contact their local custom office for more information regarding international duties and taxes.
LIABILITY
Yves Mitcham Apparels is not liable for any shipping delays, losses or goods damaged in the course of shipping. We strongly value quality control and have made all possible efforts to ensure that the goods sent are in perfect condition.
DELAYED SHIPPING
There are many reasons that might cause a delayed delivery. We list here the most common ones.
•Package redirection- due to incomplete, incorrect or outdated address.
•Failed delivery attempts -Usually, courier companies make 2 or 3 attempts to deliver the package, After these attempts, the package will most likely be stored in the courier’s warehouse for 5-7 days and the customer can pick it up directly from there.
•If the delivery address is a Postal Office- Courier companies no not normally deliver to a P.O. box, so make sure you write a street address.
•Weather conditions- Sometimes, unforeseen situations, such as bad weather, can affect the time of delivery. Bad weather can block the roads or slow down the transit and cause a delayed delivery.
•Customs- Customs clearance work involves preparation and submission of documentations required to facilitate export or imports into one’s country. The customs release of a shipment can takes several days depending on circumstances.
•High volume of orders may also cause a delay. We aim to ship each order with urgency.
